Help people develop the knowledge, discipline, healthy habits and confidence needed to make better financial and life decisions at every stage of life.
The organization is designed around three major program areas:

Youth Financial Wellness & Development
⚫ BRIDGE SENIORS
Senior Financial, Health & Community Wellness
🟢 TRADEFITNESS COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Intergenerational Learning & Community Wellness
2. THE TRADEFITNESS OPTIONS FIVE-PILLAR MODEL
Every program operates around five connected pillars:
💰 1. FINANCIAL WELLNESS
Money management, credit, debt, saving, investing and financial decision-making.
🏃 2. PHYSICAL WELLNESS
Fitness, movement, strength, mobility, activity and healthy habits.
🍎 3. NUTRITION
Healthy eating, food education, meal planning and nutrition within a realistic budget.
🎯 4. LIFE SKILLS
Goal setting, discipline, accountability, decision-making and personal responsibility.
🤝 5. COMMUNITY

5. 📊 OPTIONS WHEEL STRATEGY — YOUTH SIMULATION
The Options Wheel Strategy can be taught as an educational case study using hypothetical money.
Step 1 — Cash-Secured Put
Students learn what it means to sell a put while having enough hypothetical cash reserved to purchase shares if assigned.
Step 2 — Potential Assignment
Students model what happens if the put is assigned and hypothetical shares are purchased.
Step 3 — Covered Call
Students learn how a call can be sold against shares already owned.
Step 4 — Potential Sale of Shares
Students model what happens if the stock rises above the strike price and the shares are called away.
Step 5 — Repeat the Educational Cycle
Students examine what happens under different market conditions.
Students analyze:
-
Premium received
-
Stock price changes
-
Potential profit
-
Potential loss
-
Assignment
-
Downside risk
-
Limited upside
-
Opportunity cost
-
Volatility
-
Diversification
-
Risk versus reward
Important educational principle:
The Options Wheel is taught as a strategy to understand—not as a guaranteed-income strategy.
No real-money options trading is required for youth participation.
6. 🎮 YOUTH INVESTMENT SIMULATION
Students can receive a hypothetical:
$10,000 Investment Portfolio
They can track:
-
Entry price
-
Stock price
-
Option premium
-

-
Portfolio value
-
Diversification
-
Profit/loss
-
Risk exposure
Students can compare hypothetical strategies such as:
Buy & Hold
Cash-Secured Put

Options Wheel
The purpose is to develop financial reasoning and decision-making, not simply teach trading mechanics.

Covered calls can generate option premium, but they do not guarantee reliable income and do not eliminate the risk of losses in the underlying stock.
This protects the educational integrity of the program while still allowing seniors to learn an advanced investment concept.

27. MASTER MISSION STATEMENT
TradeFitness Options is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to building stronger lives at every age by combining financial education, physical wellness, nutrition, life skills and meaningful community connections. Through age-appropriate programs, educational resources, peer experiences and community partnerships, TradeFitness Options helps individuals develop the knowledge, discipline and confidence to make healthier financial and life decisions.
28. MASTER VISION
To build healthier, financially informed and connected communities where young people and older adults have the knowledge, resources, relationships and opportunities to thrive.
29. THE TRADEFITNESS OPTIONS PHILOSOPHY
For Youth
Learn early. Save wisely. Move consistently. Grow responsibly.
For Seniors
Stay informed. Stay active. Stay connected. Keep growing.
For the Community
Share knowledge. Build relationships. Strengthen communities.
30. THE BIG IDEA
The strongest version of TradeFitness Options is not simply an options organization.
It is a financial and wellness organization that teaches people how to manage the different assets of life:
Money
How you earn, save, manage credit, reduce debt and invest.
Body
How you move, exercise and maintain physical wellness.
Nutrition
How you fuel yourself and make healthy choices within your resources.
Mindset
How you set goals, practice discipline and make decisions.
Community
How generations connect, share experiences and help one another.
That creates the overarching message:
TRADEFITNESS OPTIONS
BUILDING STRONGER LIVES AT EVERY AGE
Financial Wellness + Physical Wellness + Nutrition + Life Skills + Community
And underneath that umbrella:
TRADEFITNESS YOUTH
Learn • Save • Move • Grow
BRIDGE SENIORS
Bridging Today's Needs. Building a Healthier Tomorrow.
COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
Stronger Together. Thriving Together.
This is the structure I would use as the master TradeFitness Options program framework, with the Youth Options Wheel curriculum and the BRIDGE Senior Covered Call curriculum both positioned as educational investment modules within a much broader financial-wellness mission.
