My name is Ronald M. Dismuke, founder and CEO of TradeFitness Options nonprofit and Options Holic Media. I'm thrilled to share my journey of turning my passion for options trading and investing into a educational mentoring platform. After a fulfilling career in law Enforcement and real estate investing, I retired at the age of 49, only to embraced a new path focused on mind, body, and health. Since 2019, options trading has captivated me, revealing that true success lies not just in charts but also in wellness. Join us as we synergy between options trading calls and puts basic fundamentals encompassed with fitness, and nutrition, empowering each other on this incredible journey!
My Story
Lets get started, I'm actually a contrarian at heart born and raised in Tampa FL.
My lovely and supportive wife of 25 years Mrs. Essie L. Dismuke. My parents are Mrs. Helen Armstrong, who is my wonder-mom for eternity and the late Johnny L. Armstrong Sr and Marcellis Dismuke. I have one brother Rodney Scott. I attended king High school and later received a football scholarship to attend Bethune Cookman University under the tutelage head football coach, the legendary Hall of famer Larry Little. My career started of in law enforcement with the state of Florida. Prior to leaving the department after serving 17 years I became a real estate developer and investor. I acquired 23 different income properties and built new duplex construction in the Tampa and St.Petersburg area. I also owned and operated a property diagnostics and a private real estate investment company. You can view my investment and career accomplishment in the portfolio section of this website. I retired at the age of 49 to find my purpose or calling in life. In 2019, I discovered the world of Options and it has captivated me ever since. I also fell in love with fitness and eating properly, loosing a total of 138 lbs. That's the reason I started TradeFitness Options, to help others. Special thanks to our board member chairmen Gilbert White who runs the day to day operations at TradeFitness Options and Options Holic, it couldn't be done without his tireless efforts. The mission of TradeFitness Options is to provide marginalized and underserved communities stock options exposure encompass with fitness and nutritional recommendations, for financial wellness and a healthier lifestyle. I'm also the founder of Options Holic media, which is also managed by Mr. White. Thanks to the entire TradeFitness team and thank you for kindly visiting this site.
