Hello, my name is Ronald M. Dismuke, founder and CEO of TradeFitness Options nonprofit and Options Holic Media. I'm thrilled to share my journey of turning my passion for options trading and investing into a educational financial wellness platform. After a fulfilling career in law Enforcement and real estate investing, I retired at the age of 49, only to embraced a new path focused on mind, body, and health. Since 2019, options trading has captivated me, revealing that true success lies not just in charts but also in wellness. Join us on this holistic journey as we synergy between options education calls and puts basic fundamentals encompassed with fitness, and nutrition.
My Story
Lets get started, I'm actually a contrarian by nature. Born and raised in Tampa FL, relocated to Ocala, FL December 2025. My lovely and supportive wife of 25 years, Mrs. Essie L. Dismuke. My parents are Mrs. Helen Armstrong, who is my wonder women-mom for eternity. My two incredible fathers the late Johnny L. Armstrong Sr. and the late Marcellis Dismuke. I have one outstanding brother Rodney Scott. I attended king High school and received a football scholarship to attend Bethune Cookman College under the tutelage head football coach and mentor, the legendary NFL Hall of famer Larry Little. My career started off in law enforcement (D.O.T. M.C.C.O.) with the state of Florida. Prior to leaving the department after serving 17 years, I became a real estate developer and investor. I acquired 23 different income properties and built new duplex constructions in the Tampa and St. Petersburg area. I also owned and operated a property diagnostics company and a private real estate investment company. I retired at the age of 49 to find my purpose or calling in life. In 2019, I discovered the world of stock options trading and it has captivated me ever since. I also fell in love with fitness and eating properly, loosing a total of 138 lbs naturally, no medication or surgery. It's now been six years weight loss transformation and that's the reason I started TradeFitness Options, to help others find their calling. Special thanks to board member chairmen Mr. Gilbert White who runs the daily operation at TradeFitness Options and Options Holic Media, it couldn't be done without his tireless efforts. The mission of TradeFitness Options is to provide underserved communities stock options basic education exposure encompass with fitness and nutritional recommendations, for financial wellness and a healthier lifestyle.
